These terms govern your use of XpertPOS, a multi-tenant POS and accounting product operated by XpertSummit (xpertpos.pk). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
XpertPOS is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to your organisation depend on your plan and enabled modules (Config Spine). We may update the product to improve security, compliance, or functionality.
Accounts & data
You are responsible for accurate business information, user access, and safeguarding credentials. You retain ownership of your business data. We process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, interfere with other customers, or use XpertPOS for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for material violations after reasonable notice where practicable.
Billing
Paid plans and add-ons are billed according to the pricing published on xpertpos.pk or your signed agreement. Fees are in PKR unless otherwise stated. Trials require a paid plan selection to continue after the trial period.
Availability & support
We target high availability on our managed infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via in-app desk and WhatsApp during published business hours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, XpertSummit’s liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Accounting outputs depend on correct configuration and data entry — you remain responsible for statutory filings and professional advice.
